Samuel Tan is the Legal Counsel of FortisWills.
In his work at FortisWills, Samuel aims to provide estate planning, wealth protection, and business succession solutions rooted in family values. Prior to FortisWills, he was the legal counsel and deputy head of the legal team at a licensed trust company and has managed more than 700 estate planners.
Samuel obtained his Bachelor of Laws (Honors) in Birminghan, UK and he is an Affiliate of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a global professional association for practitioners who specialises in inheritance and succession planning, with more than 100 branches and chapters in 56 countries. He has also been awarded the WMI Certificate in Trust Services (CTS) by the Wealth Management Institute.
